DMC Personal Training Packages

All personal training is carried out under a 1-2-1 basis in our state-of-the-art training facility by us. All of our coaches are fully qualified and highly experienced in their fields so no matter which goal you’d like to achieve we’ll have someone for you to work with.

The coaches have competed in MMA, marathon running, boxing, kettlebell sport, half marathons, 10k’s, Tough Mudders and Thai boxing. The list goes on and on, but all you need to know is they’re committed and determined individuals with a passion for fitness.

Unlike many other fitness crews, all the DMC fitness coaches have been through the program you will follow. They were all members of the general public, working normal jobs who all came to DMC with their very own individual health, weight, fitness and personal motivation challenges.

It’s easy for some fitness professionals to hand out plans without actually testing them but that’s definitely not the case with our coaches. They understand what it’s like to make a life changing choice and how difficult the process can be, this equips them with the skills necessary to best assist you in your journey.

This makes us unique, but also hugely successful and it a main factor to why we are the best in the business and leaders in the health and fitness industry.

Between Davie, Julie, Grant, Steven and Laura, there is an impressive collective weight loss of nearly 30 stone. Pablo struggled to gain weight and muscle back in the day and he is now an aspiring fitness model and champion body builder.
