When I started at DMC Fitness, I was 12 and a half stones in weight. I was very tired due to long working hours and had been experiencing lower back pain.
I am now 3 blocks in and am 28lb lighter, the back pain I was experiencing is totally gone due to increased mobility and strength, my friends have all commented on how well I am looking and I am chuffed to bits that I fit into my skinny jeans and smaller size shirts and t-shirts!
