After DMC

20 weeks into my training with DMC, I'm fitter, stronger and lighter than I was when I was 20, full of energy and bursting with new found confidence and self belief.

I joined DMC Fitness about 3 months ago. Having recently turned 40, I was a couple of stone overweight, bloated, suffering from low energy levels, work-induced stress and low body confidence. 12 weeks on, I’m fitter, stronger and lighter than I was when I was 20, full of energy and bursting with new found confidence and self belief. What can I say?

This place is amazing! I had never considered working with a personal trainer before so I had no idea what to expect. To be honest, I felt pretty apprehensive the first day I walked through the door but from the moment I met Davie, heard about his own journey and he talked me through his approach, I knew I had come to the right place. Davie and his team have taught me how to eat healthily and developed a tailored fitness programme for me to follow at home to complement my weekly coaching sessions at the gym.

Every one of the coaches has gone through their own personal journey from being unhealthy and overweight to getting fit and healthy so they really understand things from your point of view and provide excellent guidance, support and encouragement to help you achieve your goals; a far cry from the “drill sergeant” approach I had been expecting.

Since I started at DMC Fitness, my knowledge and understanding, my body shape and my mental outlook have all completely changed and I feel great. It’s an incredible place with incredible people – I can’t recommend it enough!
