Hitting the scales at a whopping 13 stone and barely fitting into my size 18 clothes, I had tried every fad diet plans and been a member of several gyms. It wasn’t until I discovered DMC that I finally found a training program that was tailored specifically to me. With the right motivation and coaching, I finally believed my goals could be achieved through my increased determination.
Not only did I achieve these goals, but I was honoured to become part of the DMC Fitness Crew. Gaining my first qualification as a Level 1 Kettlebell teacher, I was truly inspired and have gone from strength to strength. I now hold a Level 2 Fitness and Movement Dynamics Specialist and Level 1 Training for Warriors qualification as well. Dropping 4.5 stones and wearing size 8 clothes, I now believe you can achieve anything. Full press ups, unassisted chins and competing at a professional level of Kettlebell Sports – it’s all possible.
The clients I’m interested in coaching include the complete beginner, male or female, who like me want to change and embrace the benefits of healthy living and exercise. I also specialise in pre and post pregnancy coaching, having experienced this first-hand during 2010 and 2012, and it makes me appreciate what my students are going through during this important time of their life.
Despite only fitness coaching students since the beginning of 2013 in the Glasgow gym, I have already had lots of great success in producing some phenomenal transformations. Here are a selection of my best transformations:
Angela Wood – Back in her pre-pregnancy clothes after a few short months
Wendy Feron – Has much more focus and has been educated about her nutrition choices
Stacey Raeburn – Feels comfortable in her bikini for the first time ever
Laura Fullerton – Lost 30lb and regained her self-confidence

Hobbies, interests & passions
My first passion in life is exercise, specifically kettlebell, bodyweight and boxing training. During 2012, I was introduced to competing at Kettlebell Sport and have gone on to take part in several UK and overseas events, dominating the UK 16kg division with a win in every competition and a rank 1/1st place at the IKFF nationals, Detroit in November 2012. I aim to continue this to both further myself and my students.
Family life is equally important to me with two young boys and a busy home life, I understand the importance of finding the right balance and enjoying every minute of life.
