Battling Back Pain (Weekly Review)

My week in review 17th – 24th Feb.

Overall this has been a challenging but productive week. I have been rehabbing my back after an intense spasm on Saturday morning.

Thankfully I’m now back to full fitness and ready to push forward again and achieve the fitness and physique goals I’ve set myself in 2019.

My recovery was so quick due to the physical training system I follow daily and the focus I put into my mobility, flexibility and core stability

Coaching review

As a company we delivered 97 hours of 1-2-1 coaching and a small group training class. We had 3 cancellations all due to being unwell and these clients will get their sessions rebooked.

All my clients are making great progress and are all achieving the goals we are working to collectively.

My client base right now is a mix of chief executives, chairmen, directors, senior partners, business owners, middle managers and I have some retired clients and some working mothers.

I’m so proud of Gordon who’s produced this incredible transformation.

Continuing my own personal and professional development, I’ve started reading the Untethered Soul and I’ve been following some online business coaching.

Physically most of my training was mobility and core stability focussed.

Towards the end of the week Fri, Sat and Sunday I managed some bodyweight training and cardio.

Friday was 10 bodyweight chins and 100 push ups.

Saturday was 30:00 of skipping. 10 bodyweight pull ups, 10 chins and 15 one arm push ups on each sided

Sunday was 10 bodyweight pull ups, 10 chins and 20 bodyweight dips with 60:00 of skipping.

In total I exercised for 10 hours this week which I’m happy with considering I’ve been battling back from injury. I’m looking forward to getting stuck in next week.

I’ve planned my training, meals for the week and each day, client lesson plans, meetings, creative work and my personal and professional education and development.

In life I have some many roles and responsibilities to fulfil I must be organised and prepared.

Entertainment and enjoyment.

During the week we finished Punisher season 2 on Netflix and on Sunday we chilled out in the afternoon by watching the Brit Awards, enjoying some red wine and cooked a full roast chicken dinner. It was lovely sitting around the table and enjoy a feast with the family.
