Winter Lockdown Wellness

On Tuesday the Scottish Government announced that parts of Scotland will enter Tier 4 restrictions as of Friday the 20th at 6 pm. So as you might expect DMC Fitness will be forced to close until the 12th of December.

As a business owner, this is frustrating, but it’s even more frustrating for a fitness professional to have their ability to teach health and fitness compromised during a time of year that focuses on health and fitness is even more important.

We are still in a good position to be able to deliver lessons and coaching sessions online as we did during the first lockdown. We will endeavor to ensure our students are in the best possible position to stay fit and healthy while we’re still in lockdown.

If you’re currently in a Tier 4 area and a bit worried about your health and wellness, we’re still able to offer help in the form of our online coaching service. All you have to do is get in touch for your online success session.

As a darker time looms again we all have an obligation to ourselves to take care of our own wellness.

Not being able to go out and socialise normally, there will be plenty of time for introspection and retrospection. We still have the choice to decide what goes in between our ears.
