How Do I Achieve Success?

Success is in the small daily activities. 

Your own daily rituals and routine will determine the level of results you achieve in any given endeavour.

An essential part of being successful is a solid daily routine. 

When we have an area of life we want to change or improve the first thing we should look at is the routine habits we are in.

Positive habits will produce positive results.

Negative or destructive habits will produce detrimental results.  

Where you put your focus, energy flows to it and momentum grows.

So how then do we create stronger, more empowering habits that will drive us towards achieving our desired result?

Simply get into a better routine. 

It’s your consistent daily actions that determine how successful you are.

Want to lose weight? Then you have to get into the routine habit of preparing your meals and drink water every day.

Want to learn about a new subject? You have to get in the routine habit of reading, listening to or watching educational material specific to the subject you want to master. 

Want to become fitter and stronger? Then you must get into the routine habit of moving your body and regularly exercising. 

Long Road to Success

Want to be vibrantly healthy? Then you must action all of the above and carve out the time in your week to embed those activities into your daily and weekly schedule. 

The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg is a great read and will Educate you on how us humans create habits. Learn more about how habits work in the video below.

Another great read is Atomic Habits by James Clear. James is an expert on habits and decision-making. He made his name as the author of one of the fastest-growing email newsletters in history.

My best advice is to take time to develop habits by allocating time to learning and developing the new skill sets that will produce the results you desire.
