Whether it’s your boyfriend, girlfriend or just a friend, everyone can enjoy the fun of this workout in the company of awesome people.
Valentines partner workout:
There are 3 levels of intensity. Choose the most appropriate level(s) for you.
Each level lasts for 15mins.
•do as many quality rounds as possible during the allotted time, taking rest when needed
•DOWN-UPS x 10reps
•STICK-UPS (slow) x 15reps
•PRESS-UPS ON KNEES x 8reps
•SPLIT SQUATS x 5reps e/s
•X-BODY MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS x 8reps e/s
•BURPEES x 10reps
•STANDING BAND PULL-APART x 15reps
•ELEVATED PRESS-UPS x 6-8reps
•1.5 SPLIT SQUATS x 6-8reps e/s
•PLANK REACHES x 5reps e/s
•BURPEE TUCK-JUMP x 10reps
•WYWT (slow) x 15reps
•FULL PRESS-UPS/TRICEP PRESS-UPS x10-15reps
•SCISSOR JUMPS x 10-15reps e/s
•ROONEY CRUNCHES x 15reps
