Valentines Day Workout 2020

Happy Valentines Day! Whether you love it or hate it, part of a loved up couple or happily single, there’s nothing stopping you getting together with a partner and giving our Valentines Day workout a try.

Whether it’s your boyfriend, girlfriend or just a friend, everyone can enjoy the fun of this workout in the company of awesome people.

Valentines Partner Workout

Valentines partner workout:

There are 3 levels of intensity. Choose the most appropriate level(s) for you.

Each level lasts for 15mins.

•do as many quality rounds as possible during the allotted time, taking rest when needed

BEGINNER:

•DOWN-UPS x 10reps

STICK-UPS (slow) x 15reps

PRESS-UPS ON KNEES x 8reps

SPLIT SQUATS x 5reps e/s 

X-BODY MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS x 8reps e/s

INTERMEDIATE:

BURPEES x 10reps

•STANDING BAND PULL-APART x 15reps

•ELEVATED PRESS-UPS x 6-8reps

•1.5 SPLIT SQUATS x 6-8reps e/s

•PLANK REACHES x 5reps e/s

ADVANCED:

•BURPEE TUCK-JUMP x 10reps

•WYWT (slow) x 15reps

FULL PRESS-UPS/TRICEP PRESS-UPS x10-15reps

SCISSOR JUMPS x 10-15reps e/s

ROONEY CRUNCHES x 15reps
