Weekly Review: 24th Feb – 3rd March

It’s been a great week. Creatively I’ve written well and produced solid content.

My coaching was on point and all clients are making excellent progress.

I spent the day on Saturday training with Paul Gray and learning an introduction to his flows system. Paul’s an exceptional coach. I thoroughly enjoyed it, learned loads and I’m looking forward to doing more coaching with him. Pablo and Davy Wood came with me and thoroughly enjoyed it too.

Thanks to Douglas and Michelle for hosting at Origin Martial Arts in Largs. I love my mace. Thank you for a great gift.

I tidied up the office and sorted out my creative space.

My movement and Fitness training were on point. I did 17 hours in total since Tuesday 26th February

Jump Rope stats

The 4-hour workshop is missing from there.

My bodyweight strength is improving and my high-frequency experiment is coming along great.

Totals for the 6 days –

75 pull-ups

85 chins

30 dips

50 1 arm push-ups

200 push-ups

4 hours 30 skipping, lots of flow dips, push-ups, and boxing.

I educated myself from Dr. Lipton and Impact Theory. The videos are below.

I also read from the business and personal development books I’m working through right now and listened to audible when I was driving.

Lastly, I’ve listened to a selection of motivational videos from YouTube.

I learned from Paul Gray and made some new friends.

I slept and relaxed a lot on Friday and chilled on Sunday, watching UFC

I meditated every day and for a total of 2 hours 40 minutes. This always improves my overall contentment, happiness, and mental health.

I really enjoyed my music this week.

I feel centered and connected and at peace for the first time in a long time.

I enjoyed some fun food and drank some very nice red wine

My journaling has been deep and flowing.

Sunday is my most relaxed day and I go deep into it.

Today I am grateful for sleep. I don’t sleep that well but I manage and when my brain is as busy as it is, just the way it is … the entrepreneurial curse.. Still, I am grateful that I am no longer addicted to sominex and I’m grateful that I have a beautiful comfy huge bed to get into at night.

Today I am grateful for love. I was created with love and I am surrounded by love and I love myself it’s a practice I’m so proud of enduring because as complex as I am able to manage myself so much better.

Today I am grateful for safety. For so many years I lived in fear and was always scared. I was always worried and insecure. Now I am strong courageous and brave enough to speak my truths and follow my heart.  I’m safe in my life, my relationships but most importantly, I’m safe in myself.

Today I am grateful for the education. I love to learn and be taught. Yesterday I learned so much. This week I have learned so much. In these last 15 years, I learned how to take great care of myself through my mental health practices and my physical culture.

Today I am very grateful for my health I have an incredibly beautiful body that is strong, flexible, and mobile. I am free from illness and have vibrant energy. I love and respect my vessel and I treat it properly and care for it.

Today I am grateful for my Fitness. My mental fitness, emotional fitness, and my physical fitness. I love my movement sessions, my martial arts, and my hard training. I love how I feel during and after my daily movement. It’s my most favourite and sacred part of my day.

Today I am grateful for my life. I really do live in a dream and it’s a truly wonderful experience. I am surrounded by incredible people with who I create long-lasting loyal relationships. I love that I get to coach and teach every day and that we have such a busy popular and successful gym. This was my dream to create a vehicle for transformation and show others the magic of falling in love with fitness.

Today I am proud of myself for always being honest with myself and never settling.

Today I am proud of my own transformation. The transformation of my crew and the transformation of DMC HQ and our clients.

Today is a wonderful day and I chose to make it so.

My entertainment for the weeks has been enjoyable as well.

I’ve enjoyed watching a few episodes of billions and all of the build-up, countdown, and vlog for UFC 235.

Jones vs Smith
UFC 235

Will be watching the full card very soon.

I’ve spent quality time with my family as well and played with my boys.

I’ve planned my training, daily meals, lesson plans, creative work, meetings, and all my business tasks for the week ahead.

You must be organised there is no other way if you want to be successful in health, fitness, life, business, and happiness.

Here’s to making next week as effective and productive.

be brave
