I have now lost body fat, gained strength, can move around the squash court faster and longer, and the niggling injuries have subsided.
Even though I am a regular squash player, pretty fit and gym goer, over the past few years I was getting niggling injuries more often and was finding it hard to do the kind of workouts I wanted, which made it difficult for me to lose a few stubborn pounds that were creeping up on me and were not going away.
I was willing to try something new and DMC sounded fresh compared to my big gym experience. Straight from the taster session I was impressed by the professional approach to the training programmes and it was clear there was a genuinely uplifting relationship with the coaches and clients.
I am no stranger to working out hard and I know plenty about training and as a vegan I know a lot about food stuffs – good and bad, carbs and protein. However, DMC have knowledge and experience of training and nutrition on another level. Despite years and years of working out I have enjoyed and learned new ways to train and they hit the spot! And diet wise just a few simple changes have given quicker results. For me the motivation and direction Pablo and the DMC team have given me has been most valuable.
