Most people think that to lose weight or get fit, all they need to do is starve themselves and work out. Work out hard. Lift heavy weights. Go to the max. Unfortunately, they aren’t aware of the fact that this mindset will do more damage than good.
First of all, because starving is never the right way; healthy nutrition consisting of largely wholefood ingredients is (which means staying away from sugar and processed food!).
Second of all, because unless your body is properly prepared for training, working out like a maniac can hurt your muscles, joints and tendons. What you need, is a proper cardio exercise combined with what you learned in previous chapters
Learn how to move your body in the best way, so your muscles, joints and tissues will support your health on the long run.
