Speaking from experience, following this suggested daily routine like this one will benefit your health and vitality, enabling you to perform consistently at a higher level.

I want to stress that this is a “SUGGESTED” simple daily routine. You can apply some of it or all of it and still enjoy benefits.
Daily Vitality Routine
1 – Wake up
2 – Water 1.5 litres
3 – 3 greens caps
4 – 1 vitamin c
5 – 1 fish oil
6 – 2 vitamin D
Pre training pre workout = caffeine of some sort (optional)
2 shakers of water while training
Post training recovery shake
500ml water
1 medium banana
1 scoop sunwarrior
1 scoop my protein vegan blend
2 scoops greens powder
6 almonds
2 tea spoon sunflower seeds
1 tea spoon honey
1 tea spoon whole earth peanut butter
Put all in nutribullet blitz for 30 secs and boom.
Lunch 500ml + food
Dinner
Eat a meal of your choosing.
Post dinner
1 – 500ml water
2 – 3 Greens caps
Pre-bed
1 – ZMA
2 – Vit C
3 -Fish oil x 1
