Self Care: Massage
I’m a big fan of massage and the positive effects it has on the body and soul. I believe that it has contributed greatly to my health and keeps me injury free.
Here are 3 massage methods that I use daily / semi-regularly that you might want to try yourself:
Self Myofacial Release
Each day I use my ball and grid roller and go through the routine below.
SMR is excellent for ironing out all of those aches and pains that build up in your joints, easing tension and tightness.

There really is no substitute for a professional massage. I have used Aga and Ola for years and I can highly recommend them.
