This week’s technique of the week is the DMC Fitness cool down routine. We have videoed all the movements and the correct flow of exercises and they are in the video below.

Once you get your stretching, mobility and flexibility down then if you wish, you can go through a more advanced routine like the one below.
Remember, mobility is medicine and exercise is trauma. I respect my stretching (now post chronic back pain for 18 months) and understand that mobility is medicine for my muscles.
