Today I would like to share with you a technique I use to keep me moving forward in life.
It’s also a technique I use when I need to pick myself back up after falling over which happens quite a bit. I always make sure that I fall forwards though.
The truth is I didn’t invent this process. In fact, all I’ve done is innovate the way it’s delivered by turning it into an easy to follow animated video.
I use this video and the line of choice when I need to manage my own productivity.
Not long ago I showed this to one of my clients. He’s a project manager for a global software company and he used it to manage some of his direct reports to great effect. It’s a very POWERFUL tool.
I was first shown this in 2009 and I’ve used it ever since in my personal and professional life. When my children are older I’ll use it with them as well.
