Weekly Review – 4th to 10th March

It’s been a highly productive week and also very hedonistic, compared to normal.

The DMC Crew and I delivered 85 hours of expert 1-2-1 Fitness and Wellness coaching. We had no cancellations. I was in London for two days so this effected our total number of sessions which is usually nearer 100.

All of my clients are making great progress and getting the results they desire.

We welcomed two new clients into our crew. Stephen, a Professional from STV, and Anne, a retired social worker.

On Wednesday I had an excellent meeting with the digital marketing expert at Harper MacLeod law firm. who will be giving me on going coaching. He complimented me on the layout content and feel of our site and ran diagnostics then gave excellent advice on adaptations to make as well as direction on the best software to use.

I coach the Founder and Chairman of Harper MacLeod, Professor Lorne Crerar. He’s very kindly set up access to his team and arranged coaching for me. To say I’m grateful is an understatement.

Professor Crerar is this weeks DMC Student in Spotlight.

On Thursday I was in Heathrow as an ambassador for my mentor Andy Harrington, assisting with coaching at his Public Speakers University . I was on an expert panel taking part in a Q&A while sharing my own story and the journey that I’ve had within the Professional Speakers Academy.

My movement has been great for the week.

Movement

17 hours in total

Many hours of mobility, SMR, band activation, dynamic stretching and comprehensive rehab work.

4 hours 15mins of skipping, 45 gymnastic ring chins, 60 1 arm push ups, dips, rows, kettlebell combos, kickboxing and core work.

My daily movement and training sessions are my own time away from everyone and everything. I love it and it sets me up perfectly for the day ahead while giving me the opportunity to renew my physical, mental and emotional fitness.

I’ve listened to a lot of motivational compilation videos and enjoyed them all. I’ve read books and listened to audible.

I enjoyed this article:

And watched this video.

This week I’ve eaten out a lot more than I usually would and drank a lot more alcohol than I normally would. It was great to let off  some steam and have fun with the hedonistic part of me. Still, I could feel it effecting me by the end of the week.

As part of my personal self care process on Monday I spent 4 hours with a spiritual energy healer. The session was tough in areas and amazing by the end. As I travel along my inner journey I recognise I have more work to do and many more layers to work through.

Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom

My daily P.E.P has been on point.

I’ve journaled every day, meditated for a total of 2 hours 30 mins, read aloud my affirmations, incantations, 5 year goals and my P.C.C. and I’ve taken all my supplements.

My favourite affirmation right now is:

“Affirmation on cycle of life

In the affinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole and complete and yet life is ever changing.

There is no beginning and no end, only a constant cycling and recycling of substance and experiences.

Life is never stuck or static or stale for each moment is ever new and fresh.

I am one with the very Power that created me, and this Power has given me the power to create my own circumstances.

I rejoice in the knowledge that I have the power of my own mind to use it in any way I choose.

Every moment of life is a new beginning point as we move from the old.

This moment is a new point of begging for me right here and right now.

All is well in my world. “

With love.

And my favourite meditation is:

These daily practices are essential for my mental health and my emotional fitness.

On Saturday afternoon I had a lovely 2 hour Lomi Lomi Massage from Ola at Aga and Ola Massage

Overall, it’s been an EPIC week of awesomeness.

Looking into next week.

I have planned my training, food, lesson plans, meetings, creative tasks, business admin and goal intentions.

I’ve organised my packing as I’m going to London again to work with a top European branding expert and master copywriter.

Then I have 3 days of total emersion in the Professional Speakers Academy where we will be learning how to innovate our products, improve our pubic speaking skills and develop ourselves both professionally and personally.

 Catch up again next week.
