How has Fitness training with DMC helped you in the following areas?
Professional life –
I have a busy and stressful working life. Physical health has helped me balance and manage my portfolio of work interests.
Personal life –
I am a keen hillwalker and sailor. Being fit and being more supple helps me enjoy my personal interests.
Your health and wellness –
I feel significantly healthier both physically and mentally. Dedicating time to attend DMC is a good discipline and makes me feel better about myself that I am devoting time to my mental and physical health.
I am pleased to say that over the last 12 months my body fat percentage has reduced by 14.5% further to DMC’s exercise and diet advice.
What new skills have you learned during your time with DMC?
An important skill is looking after your general health. Through DMC I have recognised the need and means to improve my general health. I am also able to train in an educated fashion outwith my regular DMC sessions.
How would you describe your coach / the coaches?
A key reason I go to DMC is the quality and commitment of the coaches who show unstinting commitment to my development.
How would you describe the facility?
The facility functions very well for my needs and its location fits my schedule.
Why do you enjoy it so much?
I was concerned that at my age I would be limited in what I do and likely be injured as I have multiple past sporting injuries. I really enjoy that I feel enabled to push my body safely and has made me feel much better about life.
What makes you want to come back?
I enjoy my sessions which is why I have not missed a session.
What advice would you give to someone thinking of coming along?
Do it! You will not regret the decision.
