DMC’s Christmas Cardio Blast

Merry Christmas one and all!

Christmas is meant to be spent enjoying time with family, enjoying pressies and good food. A little bit of indulgence and relaxation is perfectly natural during this time of the year. However, this doesn’t mean we can’t squeeze in the odd training session to get us back on track.

Here’s an early Christmas present in the form of our ‘Cardio Blast’ workout. It’ll help you begin the year ahead with fitness and work off some of that Christmas feast.

1 – Mobility Routine

Let’s start with a little bit of light movement. Loosen and warm up the muscles for the workout ahead.

2 – Cardio Blast

Time for the main event, the ‘Cardio Blast’. It consists of 5 rounds with 60 seconds of rest in between. This will get you energised. Please note: You’ll need resistance bands for parts of this routine.

3 – Cool Down

We’re nearly there, just a quick cool down.

And now you’re finished. I know it feels good. This should ease you back into the swing of things, and help you kick off 2023 with the gift of movement.
