On Saturday night (14/09/2019) I attended the Professional Speakers Academy global annual awards night.
The Professional Speakers Academy is a comprehensive training program and membership for people who recognize that today the most highly prized skill of all successful leaders is the ability to speak and influence larger groups of people.
I’ve been in the PSA since August of 2014 and it’s easily the best investment I’ve ever made both professionally and personally.
It’s due to this investment and the consequent growth and development I’ve been through that I’ve authored and created my own Unique Branded Solution DMC M Power 5.
I have completely re-branded both my coaching businesses DMC Fitness and its sister company Dynamic Mind Conditioning around this system.
I deliver mental health awareness to young dentists at the Dental Universities in both Glasgow and Edinburgh around 6 times a year and have been doing this successfully since 2015.
Using this system I created and launched a high-end executive coaching program and have transformed some of the most successful executives in the surrounding Glasgow area.
It’s the system I’ve formulated my first book around which will be published in the coming months.
As you can see a lot has grown out of me investing in Andy Harrington and his PSA.
I have so much love for the PSA for what it’s given me in love & connection, significance, growth and contribution. The certainty of a non-judgmental space for growth and development and the uncertainty of where we go next in this epic adventure makes for an incredible formula.

I’m really proud to say that I was presented with the ‘Most Inspirational Speaker’ award.
It feels amazing to be recognised amongst a selection of the most successful professional speakers and entrepreneurs I know.
We all celebrated into the wee small hours. It was a great night for all and one I will cherish forever.
