Tier 4 restrictions are in place in Glasgow from Friday the 20th of November for 3 weeks. Due to this we won’t be able to provide face to face coaching until Saturday the 12th of December. In the meantime, we still offer 1-2-1 online personal training.
The reason I came to DMC is that I was looking for a lifestyle change, both in exercise and diet. I had heard good things about these guys and wanted to be a part of it.

Since starting the exercise and nutritional plan, I have ditched my walking aid, my joint pain has been greatly reduced, there has been a marked increase in my levels of concentration, my quality of sleep has improved, my energy levels are through the roof and I have seen a huge improvement in my mobility and flexibility. The IBS symptoms have gone, I no longer need medication for chronic acid reflux and my quality of life has improved greatly.
