After having a baby and getting back to work I couldn’t believe how big I was and didn’t know where to start. I was four stone overweight and had lost my self esteem. My confidence had gone and I started to dread nights out with my friends and shopping for clothes as it made me feel so uncomfortable.

I thought I’ve had enough of being fat and feeling miserable and decided that I really need to get my life back on track. My husband had heard of DMC and showed me there website. As always I was a bit sceptical but after reading some testimonials I booked myself in for a taster session. After speaking to Davie and telling him how I felt and what I wanted to achieve I couldn’t wait to get started.

My trainer has been great and has always made me feel comfortable and shown me that there isn’t any exercise I cannot do. Over the years I had tried numerous Gym classes and got nothing out of it but with DMC it couldn’t be any more different and within twenty weeks the results spoke for themselves. I had lost 32Ibs and over 21inches of fat.

Not only do DMC help you with exercise but they also so you how to make the correct choices with your diet and nutrition. My coach has helped me to change my diet and has given me lots of tips on what would be best for weight loss. The motivation they give you helps spur you on and although I’m dieting it doesn’t feel too restricted and I never feel hungry.

For the first time in my life I’m exercising and enjoying it. I’m learning new things and being shown how to exercise properly, I’m starting to tone up and now get a real buzz from training and now look forward to going to the gym. My coach has been there to guide me and gives me support and motivation when he thinks I need it. My friends and family are delighted that I’m getting back to my old self and cannot believe the change in me, which of course is boosting my confidence.

My biggest regret is not finding DMC sooner and I can’t wait to see what I look like in the next twenty weeks.
