Becoming a student at DMC Fitness is one of the best choices I’ve made in regards to my health and wellbeing. Although not being a complete novice to training and good food choices; DMC has taught me to connect these parts of life and understand what a healthy lifestyle is from a holistic perspective. Losing weight and getting stronger, fitter and leaner were just added benefits to me.
