Tier 4 restrictions are in place in Glasgow from Friday the 20th of November for 3 weeks. Due to this we won’t be able to provide face to face coaching until Saturday the 12th of December. In the meantime, we still offer 1-2-1 online personal training.
I decided to contact DMC Fitness having gained weight after having my baby boy. I knew of DMC as my husband had been a student a few years ago and achieved great results.
I had been a regular at exercise classes for years which I enjoyed but on my return to work after maternity leave, I found it hard to fit them in around my new work and family life; the idea of training at home now appealed to me. I thought I had a relatively healthy diet until Davie gave me a nutrition talk….how wrong I was.
During my pregnancy I gained 3 stone, 2 of which I managed to loose on my own but I was struggling to loose the last stone to get me back to my pre-pregnancy weight.
Within a few weeks of following the DMC program, my skin was much clearer, I had so much more energy and was no longer feeling bloated after eating. I often suffered from indigestion before which has also now gone.
I look forward to my weekly training sessions with Steven who always motivates and pushes me to my limits. DMC has changed the way I think about food, which has helped me to get back into a size 8 for the first time since I got married 6 years ago.
