Over the three months since starting my DMC training I have lost an amazing 25 lbs, burned 30 & ½ inches, and decreased my body mass by 14% and I am now very close to my target weight.

Initially attracted by the website – the coaching was excellent, as was the very sound diet advice. I have been taught many exercises that can easily be done at home.

And every weekly one-hour session is different. I have been introduced to all kinds of exercises: bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, ropes, Bulgarian bags, etc.
