Why did you first join DMC?
I joined with the aim of restoring my health, curing chronic pain in my neck & back and with expert guidance exceed my fitness expectations.
When did you start coming to DMC Fitness?
Feb2022
What impact has coming to DMC had on you and your life?
The Impact DMC has had to my life represents one of the greatest shifts in trajectory of my personal growth. Trusting my Trainer and the overall DMC process has enabled me not only to get fit, but to instill an overall satisfaction with myself and life. Achieving greater physical capacity as well as relieving chronic pain has enabled reinvestment of my available energy to do more with my life and makes what was seemingly difficult in the past, seem achievable.
What results have you achieved?
DMC has enabled me to see what is really important in life looking through the lens of physical and mental health. As well as an improved physical appearance, many cumbersome and complicated life situations have been overcome much easier as a result of consistency gained from DMC weekly sessions and own. If one can continue to look good, feel good and minimise life challenges then life simply becomes one achievement after another.
Why do you keep coming back?
I return to DMC fitness to capitalise on my new physical capacity with receiving adapted training plans as this contributes to an overall “improvement cycle”. To me, physical fitness is an ongoing process as shown by relatives. They remained physical capable well into their 80/90s, which is attributed to a well mainlined body.
How do you find working with your coach?
I thoroughly enjoy working with my coach as he completely understands my mindset towards training and therefore maximise my performance every week. I chose the word maximise as I have never experienced an over-extension of my abilities leading to some sort of an injury. The training definitely finds the sweet spot in terms of improvement.
What advice would you give someone whose thinking about joining DMC?
DMC is an institution that believes health always comes first in our lives. If you also believe that health comes first or external life pressures has caused you not to prioritise health, then DMC is the best place to get back on track and start obtaining the benefits. As they provide top quality training, mindset coaching and better eating habits. What are you waiting for?
