I’ve been training at DMC since 2019, and I haven’t looked back since signing up. My partner suggested I book an initial consultation after struggling with sciatica, which was brought on by the strain of combining competitive sport with frequent work travel. My body simply couldn’t keep up with the demands. I was recently talking to someone about their own injuries and found myself saying I felt “bulletproof” at 43—and that’s entirely thanks to the work I’ve done with Pablo and the team at DMC.

There are two things that really stand out for me about training at DMC.

First, the environment. It’s a small, focused space that feels like your own personal gym for an hour. That time becomes a sanctuary—free from distractions—where you can fully commit to your training. It’s not just a physical reset, but a mental one too. That hour each week is a powerful investment in both body and mind.

Second, the people. There’s an incredible energy when you walk through the door. Even if you arrive feeling tired, the buzz from the team and other clients lifts you up and drives you toward your goal for the day. And if I’m paired with Grant or Davie due to a change in schedule, the intensity never drops—they train you like they’ve been your PT from day one. That consistency and commitment across the team is what makes DMC truly special.
